Anyone familiar with Christar Villas Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica?

Would this be a nice place to stay on a visit to Kingston..on the first visit to Jamaica? I don't see this place much in the google/hotel searches. Is anyone familiar with this place and it's reputation? Anyone know how much it costs per night?

Trust me its nothing special but its decent. If u just looking for a place to stay while u visit family den ok but if u are willing to spend the dineeeeroooo then u can go to hilton, pegasus, courtleigh, spanish court or knutsford court. they are MUCH nicer!



but all in all, christar villas is an OK place to stay....NOTHING SPECIAL. jus a bed and w/e.

Don't think many tourists go to Jamaica to stay in Kingston. I've seen numerous warnings that Kingston is not safe. But you might try TripAdvisor.com - they have lists of hotels with comments from past guests. The site censors for mentions of crime, however.
