Its way too hot for boots-even in January-no coats necessary either !Think resort casual light airy fabrics are best -you can check weather.com for the forecast in montego bay -and averages year round by month.have a great trip

No,you should definitely not cancel your trip to Montego Bay,Jamaica in June.I have been to Jamaica several times during the rainy season especially. It will rain for a few minutes,or a couple of hours, then become warm and sunny. You will find many lovely things to do there. The rain should not stop you. Please go and you will see how wonderful Jamaica is at any time of the year.Believe me,the rain does not last very long.i am also going in June.Have a great time on your honeymoon. One love!

You better leave the coats behind unless you need one to get back home in when you arrive back at the airport. I'd leave the boots behind as well. The weather in Jamaica is either "hot and wet", "hot and dry", "too hot" and "very hot". You need sandals, shorts, shirts, shades, sun tan lotion and a hat. I'd also wear white or light coloured sneakers (I wore a black one a couple years ago and boy were my feet on fire!) Do this and you'll have a good time. Montego Bay is a fantastic place to go to. Have fun!

Its always beautiful in Jamaica! Even if an afternoon shower pops up. Leave the boots and sweaters at home... no one wears that stuff there. Sandals/flip flops, shorts, sundresses, bathing suits are the normal attire. Bring one or two "trendy" outfits if you want to hit the club or have a nice dining date with your spouse. Have a great time and congratulations!
Since you're gonna be staying in MoBay, make sure you get a driver to take you to Negril... a much more beautiful, laid back beach town and don't forget to go to Ricks Cafe while you're there. Its only about an hour away on the west coast of Jamaica.

NO BOOTS! lol it's usually warm here, and even if its raining really heavily, you probably wont be out. Carry comfortable sneakers, some dressy clothes, casual clothes etc. you don't need a coat. u can carry a sweater, but thats just about it. make sure you carry swimsuit and sun block. check mout the weather on weather dot com, so u know exactly what to wear.
