Has anyone been to Passa Passa in Tivoli Gardens, Kingston, Jamaica?

Looking for some insight into Passa Passa - Really want to go but not if it isnt safe or worth the trip (We will be in Ochie). If we go planning to get a hotel in Kingston for the night.

Tivoli Gardens is safe. ESPECIALLY during passa passa.



The danger is taking wrong turns on your way there! if you land in the middle of certain other communities between Ochi and Tivoli, it may not be as safe! The key is to simply travel with someone who knows where they are going. Once you do that then you will be fine.

Tivoli is a haven... disturbances happen there like one in a million and they are usually police-incited. I have passed thru passa passa and it's soooo cool. Women skin out and cock on pon yuh car and behave wild for the camera men. It's exciting but you have to have patience to endure driving through.
