If you're planning a honeymoon, I would stay away from Sandals, Breezes, Beaches, et al. You want your honeymoon to feel special and these large resorts tend to be so over the top that you really lose that sense of intimacy. Most of their properties boast upwards of 250-300 rooms. Of course if you want lots of activity, sub par food, sub par service and all of that, then it might be for you. Personally, if it were me and my wife going on our honeymoon, I'd look into a more quaint boutique type of place. Look into Sunset at the Palms in Negril.

Its been almost 15 years since our honeymoon, but we went to Sandals in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and thought it was great. The food was excellent, staff and guests were friendly, and there were many activities you could be part of (ie snorkeling, glass bottom boats, toga parties & other couples things) or you could just relax and enjoy yourself. We would recommend Sandals.
